How do I know what size to order?
Using a soft measuring tape, measure the distance in inches around your rib cage, just below your bust. Make sure it’s snug - not too loose or too tight. This number is your band size.Check out our size chart here
I like a more relaxed fit. If I order a size up, will I still get the same support?
Yes. That’s why our garments have an eye hook in the back. We suggest you put it on the first hook and loosen the straps to sleep in, and adjust to your comfort level in the morning.
If I’m between sizes, which size should I choose?
If you are in between inches, just round up to the closest whole number, or go with your dress size. If you’re not sure, please contact us or send us an email. We’re always happy to talk sizes with our customers!
What if I don’t see my bra size on the size chart or am still unsure what size to order?

Why doesn’t the market cater to busty women who are trim?
Big manufacturers need to appeal to a broad audience. At the end of the day, most production decisions have historically been made by men, and not by people who have breasts, much less large breasts!
Advertising doesn’t show big-chested women because there are so few garments that make a chesty woman look good. However, the average bra size has increased from 34B to 34DD. There is a wave of baby boomers transitioning into perimenopause and menopause, when our breast size changes once again. And yet, this transition is overlooked by most garment designers.
You spend ⅓ of your life in bed. (And that’s not accounting for weekends and #nopants working from home days.) You deserve to look great and feel comfortable.
Why don’t you use underwire?
Firstly, this is not a bra! Second, using underwire would defeat the purpose of creating a garment that you can sleep and lounge in. Underwire does provide definition in a bra for daytime, but you don’t want to be in that all day and then change into that in the evening! My goal was to create real but gentle support you can sleep in and walk about in.
Why don’t you don’t offer sizing beyond a 38 band?
We plan to increase our size range as our company and collection grows. The notion that one can plug in a pattern into all sizes is what inspired me to launch Elevé in the first place, because you can't translate something that fits a 32DD into a 44DD! Unfortunately, larger sizes require a new pattern, more material, and additional stitching requirements. (After going through the design and manufacturing process, I have a new appreciation of what it takes to make even a simple t-shirt drape properly and look stylish.)
Why is Eleve more expensive than most loungewear?
The average bra for women in our sizes ranges from $80 - 150, and we buy 3-4 per year, plus another 2-3 to account for body size and cup changes. Which means we all own half a dozen bras - that probably don’t fit properly, and need to be replaced yearly as they wear out and lose their elasticity. The stitching and fabric used in Elevé garments are made to last far longer, and worn more frequently. (One of our customers reported that she wears her Spark nightie “as long as it’s not in the laundry”.) If you take all this into account, your Elevé costs you less per wear than your average bra, replaces 10 of them (or whatever you were wearing instead), is far more comfortable.
What’s next for Eleve?
Right now we’re building our brand and brand awareness. We’re also working to keep up with the high demand! And we’re developing products with more breathable and perspiration-wicking fabrics. Stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free domestic (USA) shipping on all items.
I live in Canada, can you ship to me?
Canadians can receive shipping for $20 flat if they order order through Bliss Beneath in Barrie, Ontario.
Do you accept returns?
Should you not find yourself satisfied with our product, we offer an exchange or refund on all products (product tags must remain affixed) within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, if 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with hang tags still on the garment.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
My refund hasn't come through - help!
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again, or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for sale items.
Can I exchange an item for something else?
We will replace items within 14 days if they are unworn and still have their tags. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/credit will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
